Our Magnet Program
Campbell Park Elementary Marine Science Center provides a child-centered approach to learning in a stimulating thematic environment. The school collaborates with USF College of Marine Science, St. Petersburg Pier Aquarium, Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute, and the Florida Aquarium to connect the community, curriculum, classroom, child and family. The school uses the local environment to aid in learning. Campbell Park Elementary's philosophy is embodied in five Lifelong Guidelines and TRIBES agreements with the goal of raising responsible citizens. Spanish instruction and technology are woven into the daily curriculum.

Technology
- Technology is integrated into the daily curriculum using classroom multimedia mini-labs. We also have a Kindle lab and an iPad lab for ESE students. Students will acquire skills such as data collection, research, word processing, graphing, and multimedia presentations. State of the art technology will be part of the Marine Science Lab where students can collect data and track investigations, as well as communicate with scientists at research centers world-wide.
